Onsite Sports Medicine Trauma First Aid
On Site Sports Medicine Trauma First Aid delivers immediate medical evaluation, stabilization, and injury management directly at your event. Our team responds to everything from head trauma and unresponsiveness to heat injuries, sprains, fractures, and other medical concerns. We assess, monitor, and determine the appropriate level of care using our four‑level priority system, ensuring every athlete, student, and spectator receives the right attention at the right time.
Medical Standby and Special Events
Medical Standby & Special Events coverage provides dedicated on‑site medical professionals for athletic competitions, school functions, community gatherings, and large‑scale events. Our team delivers immediate injury evaluation, trauma first aid, and rapid care coordination for everything from minor injuries to critical incidents. With our four‑level care system, we ensure every patient receives the right level of attention whether it’s a quick assessment, a medical timeout, or urgent escalation to EMS or higher medical care. This service gives organizers peace of mind knowing trained medics are present, prepared, and ready to respond the moment they’re needed.
Medical Evacuation Transports
Medical Evacuation Transports provide rapid coordination and safe movement of patients who require a higher level of care. Our team manages both ground and air medical transport, working directly with our preferred emergency transport partners to ensure seamless communication and fast response. This includes ambulance services for urgent ground transport and, when appropriate, helicopter evacuation for time sensitive or critical injuries. Every transport is coordinated with EMS, trauma centers, and specialty hospitals so patients receive the right care without delay.
Transitional Care Process for Providers
Our Transitional Care Process creates a clear, reliable pathway from on‑site injury to the appropriate level of medical care. When an athlete, student, or spectator requires follow‑up evaluation, our team gathers baseline information, documents the injury, and guides families toward the correct provider based on the severity and type of injury. Through our preferred partnerships with orthopedic, urgent care, emergency, dental, optical, and specialty providers, we help ensure patients reach the right care quickly and with confidence. This process strengthens continuity of care, reduces confusion for families, and supports providers with timely, accurate information that improves follow‑up outcomes.
UIL Pre-Participation Physical Evaluation
The UIL Pre‑Participation Physical Evaluation is a required medical screening for students participating in athletics, cheer, dance, color guard, and marching band. This evaluation helps identify potential health risks before activity begins and ensures each student is medically cleared for safe participation. We provide this service as part of our commitment to student safety, offering convenient access to the required UIL medical history review and physical exam completed by a licensed provider.
Emergency Response Education-Facility Safety Assessment
Emergency Response Education & Facility Safety Assessment is a service we provide to ensure every venue is prepared, safe, and ready for any incident. Our team conducts full on‑site evaluations of gyms, fields, auditoriums, and event spaces to identify risks, verify emergency access points, and confirm that safety equipment is properly placed and functional. We also provide staff education on emergency procedures, communication flow, and response expectations.
A key part of this service includes pre-event walk throughs, where our team reviews the layout, identifies potential hazards, confirms EMS access routes, and ensures all safety measures are in place before the event begins. This proactive approach strengthens readiness, reduces risk, and gives organizers confidence that their facility meets safety standards.
